As a benchmark for fast food, BURGER KING can be found all throughout France. Burger King would like to optimise its restaurants’ energy performance as part of an environmental responsibility initiative. ​​advizeo has been helping Burger King since 2021 to centralize consumption data of all the restaurants in France (company-owned and franchises) on our savee platform to save energy.​
  1. Data collection​ : The first phase of the project was to connect all the flows from distributors (electricity, gas, and water for departments with smart meters) and suppliers (invoices). ​​This information can be collected from various sources. Centralizing data allows restaurant managers to monitor and act on their energy consumption. 
  2. Data processing and analysis​ : Once the data are collected and centralized on the energy monitoring platform, there are processed and analyzed by algorithms to check their coherence. ​​ This validation allows to identify locations with overconsumption, tops and flops (ranking of each restaurant’s performance), as well as contracted power optimization.​​ A follow-up and careful analysis of the energy bills enable to compare contracted power and actual power, and therefore to review the energy contracts for cost efficiency.
  3. Development of customized KPI​ : In order to meet Burger King’s specific needs, our team developed a customized performance indicator on the savee platform. ​​​This indicator allows Burger King to monitor its restaurants’ energy consumption on a weekly basis, enabling to be in accordance with the performance and profitability objectives of the restaurants.

CARREFOUR

Carrefour sought to streamline its costs by managing its energy consumption effectively. In 2018, our Energy Managers installed IoT monitoring hardware over 102 supermarkets and they achieve a 6% reduction in energy costs (i.e. several million euros) in two years. Satisfied with the outcome, Carrefour decided to entrust advizeo with all their assets in France (550 buildings).

DOMUSVI

Since 2017, the DomusVi Group has invested in the energy performance of its building stock all across France with advizeo. Thanks to the Energy Management System (EMS) savee and connected sensors (IoT), maintenance managers and facility directors are able to monitor in real-time all energy flows of their nursing homes. The team of Energy Managers ensure a reduction in energy consumption by offering concrete solutions and executing them.

GENERALI

advizeo has installed connected devices in Generali buildings to monitor energy consumption and propose an action plan to improve energy performance, ensuring savings.
