This transaction has been carried out in agreement with setec, advizeo’s historical shareholder, as well as Bpifrance and Crédit Mutuel Equity, which became stakeholders in 2021 and are now transferring their shares to Hager.

The complementarity with Eficia, another Hager Group subsidiary, will enable the development of integrated solutions for building control, optimization, and monitoring—offering tailored responses to current and future environmental and energy challenges.
