One year after joining Hager Group, advizeo, an expert in building energy performance and Energy Management, continues its growth momentum in Europe. Following a successful launch in Germany and Italy in the first half of 2025, the French company is taking a new strategic step with the acquisition of Comgy, a Berlin-based technology leader in building energy data management.
This acquisition enables advizeo by Hager to establish a long-term presence in the German market, the largest real estate market in Europe, and to offer an even more comprehensive solution to commercial real estate stakeholders. By combining the complementary expertise of both companies, advizeo strengthens its core mission: to simplify the energy transition of buildings through data and smart control.
Comgy and advizeo: an alliance for intelligent building energy management
Founded in 2017, Comgy is a technology company specializing in the collection, processing, and visualization of energy consumption data in residential and commercial buildings. Its modular software platform enables real estate players to automate meter readings, ensure consumption transparency, and comply with regulatory requirements, particularly in the German market.
advizeo, for its part, offers a complete Energy Management solution that combines an EMS platform, a BMS platform for remote equipment control, and expert human support to improve building energy performance and achieve decarbonization targets.
